Seal-Master laying machine

The schäfer-technic Seal-Master is ideally suited for laying bituminous sheeting on concrete areas. The compact and robust machine design makes it manoeuvrable and efficient.

When designing the laying machine, schäfer-technic focused on the practical applications. The design is suitable for construction sites and allows consistently high application quality with high daily output rates.

The Seal-Master has a clearly laid out operator station. All necessary controls are laid out on an ergonomic one-person control panel.

As always, the Seal-Master is made of high quality components and offers excellent functionality.

A hydrostatic drive with precision steering allows continuous adjustment of the travel speed. Hydraulically lifting press rollers and a surface burner ensure reliable working of the sheeting.

The machine has alternative attachments for sheeting with widths up to 1 m and lengths up to 60 m. We supply the Seal-Master with appropriate equipment for feeding and loading the machine. This enables setup processes to be shortened and ensures that the machine is optimally prepared for transportation to and from the site.

SEALING TECHNOLOGY FOR CONCRETE AND ASPHALT
